Conveyor and Unitary Equipment Transfer Interface Options
Stewart Systems manufactures a number of conveyor transfer solutions to meet almost every need. Our many years of experience in designing custom conveyor systems have yielded various designs and solutions.
Our conveyor transfer solutions are particularly effective when interfacing with Stewart Systems manufactured unitary equipment such as the Stewart Horizontal Switch. Stewart Systems provides the system designer with sufficient detail information to facilitate installation with a minimum of mechanical difficulty.
Gravity Transfers include a 4-roller design using 1-3/8 inch diameter rollers, or a 5-roller design using 3/4 inch diameter rollers with integrated hex shafts. A flexible design which allows for easy removal of the rollers not needed when integrating into a specific application. Available with zinc plated rollers and painted or stainless steel side support braces.
Power Rolled Transfers
Powered roller transfers include 2-roller “end-of-belt” design that is slave driven from the belt drive. This design is only available when purchased as an assembly part of a Stewart Systems manufactured conveyor system. It’s unique design allows for the easiest interface with Stewart Systems manufactured unitary equipment.
Powered conveyor transfers are specifically designed for interface with Stewart Horizontal Switches, where products as short as 5.00 inch conveyed require transfer. Powered conveyor transfers interface to our existing conveyor systems or another manufacturers conveyor equipment. Powered transfers are constructed with Intralox 1100 series belting. They are powered by a self contained SEW Eurodrive Movidrive ½ HP VFD.
